Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer account teams, including key buyers and decision makers.
• Assist in creating opportunities for customer engagement, such as progress and exploratory meetings.
• Understand and report on customer business issues through appropriate organizational channels.
• Recommend products, services, and insights that align with customer needs.
• Document components of a business case for change as directed by senior colleagues.
• Conduct straightforward cost, benefit, and risk analyses of potential solutions.
• Identify and engage stakeholders in decision-making processes to benefit accounts and the organization.
• Close deals effectively and understand standard offerings and areas of expertise.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and local language of the market(s) where applicable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in sales techniques and portfolio management.
• Relationship account management, upselling, and cross-selling experience.
• Ability to maintain ongoing business relationships with colleagues and external customers.
• Strategic relationship building to support total portfolio and organizational needs.
