About the position
The O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University-Bloomington is seeking applications for a tenure-track/tenured open rank faculty position in Arts Administration and Cultural Affairs. Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in arts administration and cultural affairs.
- Conduct research in relevant fields such as digital markets, cultural policy, and organizational management for arts organizations.
- Advise doctoral students and contribute to their academic development.
- Collaborate with faculty at the Center for Cultural Affairs to advance research in arts and culture.
- Engage with a diverse student and faculty community, enhancing programs and curricular offerings.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in economics, sociology, political science, public administration, public affairs, public policy, urban planning, arts administration, or related fields.
- Strong research background with the ability to secure external funding.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.
