About the position

The Open Source Investigations Analyst role at Deloitte involves conducting in-depth research and analysis to support federal investigations and prosecutions. The position requires full-time, on-site work in Williston, VT, and focuses on utilizing open-source intelligence and various investigative tools to provide actionable insights into adversaries' illicit activities. Analysts will work within a team of specialists to develop intelligence products that inform decision-making for clients in the Intelligence Community and federal law enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform open-source intelligence analysis and research using investigative tools and databases.
  • Support federal investigations and prosecutions with detailed analysis.
  • Develop targeting packages based on collected data and analysis.
  • Utilize social media and public records to uncover evidence.
  • Fuse open-source information with client-specific data, including law enforcement sensitive and classified holdings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Affairs, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Criminal Justice, or Political Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media and open source information research, commercially enabled intelligence, targeting, and analysis.
  • Experience with immigration, border security, and criminal justice laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
  • Foreign language proficiency in Spanish is strongly desired.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
