About the position
The Angular Developer position is a 1.5-year contract role focused on UI development, specifically utilizing Angular. The candidate will work primarily onsite in Jersey City, NJ, for three days a week from the start. The role requires strong front-end development skills and the ability to collaborate independently with users and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular.
- Collaborate with users and business teams to gather requirements and feedback.
- Design and implement front-end solutions for web applications.
- Work independently on assigned tasks and projects.
- Integrate with back-end services and APIs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Angular and front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with users and business teams.
- Experience with newer versions of Angular is preferred.
- Financial industry experience is a significant plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge of React, Node, and TypeScript.
- Experience with WebServices and API development.
