We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operador de Montacargas de Pie to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods within our warehouse or distribution center. Your expertise in materials handling will contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate order pickers, reach trucks, clamp trucks, and Hi-Lo equipment to move products safely and efficiently.
• Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in selecting items for shipment.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with materials handling processes and equipment operation.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
