Responsibilities

  • Oversee all departments, acting as the bridge between teams and clients.
  • Create and uphold high standards across venues, corporate dining, and catering operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team for menu development.
  • Build and reinforce company culture, setting the tone for teamwork and accountability.
  • Drive team success by monitoring individual and collective goals.
  • Strategically manage budgets across departments, maximizing resources while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in social media and marketing initiatives to showcase the company's style and standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Kitchen, Restaurant, Catering, or Hospitality Management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in hospitality.
  • Experience managing a large team across multiple locations.
  • Culinary Degree or BA in Hospitality preferred, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Culinary expertise or a strong enthusiasm for food.
  • Experience in corporate dining or similar high-standard environments.
