About The Position
The Operating Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Operating Room Department, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role involves fostering effective relationships with nursing and medical staff, and taking charge of the unit in the absence of the Director. The manager must also consider the developmental needs of patients and demonstrate the ability to interpret information relevant to patient care.
