The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for an Operation Maintenance Scheduler to support our government customer located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position involves obtaining and organizing all necessary information for the work being performed, balancing scheduled work orders with labor availability and skills, and maintaining a weekly schedule for all crafts. The role requires preparing requisitions in the Government System or other work order systems to ensure proper allocation of materials, parts, labor, and other charges. The scheduler will also coordinate maintenance needs with operational functions to minimize downtime and implement a maintenance strategy plan for assigned work locations. Additionally, the position involves record keeping, ensuring security clearances for contractor personnel, and supporting excellence in customer service while maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
