About the position

The Operations Technician at Valor Technical Cleaning LLC is responsible for overseeing and assisting with physical operations related to various cleanup tasks, including crime scene cleanup, unattended death cleanup, and biohazard remediation. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical environment. The technician will work closely with restoration professionals and ensure that all operations meet the company's high standards of professionalism and care, especially when interfacing with clients during sensitive times.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cleanup work including crime scene, unattended death, decomposition, suicide, and biohazard remediation.
• Coordinate with restoration professionals for home restoration projects.
• Ensure all market operations are conducted professionally and meet Valor standards.
• Perform cleanup tasks personally when necessary, demonstrating a hands-on approach to work.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in restoration or related field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and handle cleanup sites involving blood and bodily fluids.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Experience with construction and comfort with household tools.
