About The Position
The Operation Technician at INEOS Styrolution is responsible for operating and monitoring the Styrene/Ethylbenzene/Utilities Outside and Board sections, as well as the Tank Farm section during various operational phases. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to operational procedures, ensuring the plant operates within safe conditions while troubleshooting and reporting any equipment issues. The technician will also participate in training, emergency response, and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
