About the position

The Operations Technician at Valor Technical Cleaning is responsible for managing and assisting with physical operations related to technical cleaning solutions for emergencies, including crime scene cleanup and biohazard remediation. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical environment, often interfacing with clients during sensitive times. The position emphasizes a hands-on approach, with opportunities for growth within the company as it expands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with all cleanup work including crime scene, unattended death, decomposition, suicide, and biohazard remediation.
• Manage cleanup sites that may contain blood and bodily fluids, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with restoration professionals for home restoration projects.
• Ensure all market operations are conducted professionally and meet Valor standards.
• Perform cleanups personally when necessary, demonstrating a 'do what it takes' mentality.

Requirements
