As the Operational Excellence Manager for Supply Chain Systems at Divergent Technologies, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and planning operations while influencing the development of enterprise systems. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and support the implementation of a Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) system tailored to the unique needs of Divergent Technologies. This involves collaborating with software and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across program management, planning, production, procurement, and operations. Your strategic insights and leadership will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and aligning supply chain strategies with overall business objectives. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and influence the development roadmap of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain management, you will advocate for functionalities that enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making capabilities. You will also identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, improve workflows, and optimize resource utilization, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain. You will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance, utilizing data analytics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations. Fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork will be essential to ensure effective execution of supply chain initiatives. Additionally, you will provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in supply chain management, MRP system usage, and operational excellence practices. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices in all activities. Being highly organized and data-savvy, you will support the development of a robust management operating system to drive purchase order health, component delivery, and a high percentage of on-time delivery. Regular reviews of critical item master data will be necessary to allow for proper planning and forecasting. You will lead supply chain systems risk assessment, reporting, and risk mitigation activities, driving continuous improvement in people, processes, and infrastructure to increase our speed of innovation and time to market. Staying updated on the latest developments and best practices in supply chain systems and participating in professional networks and associations will also be part of your responsibilities.
