About The Position
The Operational Financial Systems Analyst role at Merkle is a critical position that provides Tier 2 support for the CXM Resolvers Team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to engage with a variety of challenges in a collaborative team environment. As an Operational Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting incidents and tasks related to enterprise and operating systems, including D365, Workday, Concur, and Workfront. You will play a key role in resolving workflow issues, managing timesheets that are stuck in review, and authoring and updating process documentation. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze tickets and handle various ad hoc tasks that arise within the team. In this remote position, you will work closely with a geographically distributed team, sharing information and collaborating to ensure that all incidents and tasks are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be expected to move technical incidents and tasks to resolution within the established service level agreement (SLA) and operational level agreement (OLA) timeframes. Your ability to prioritize multiple incidents and adapt to changing business conditions will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will document standard operating procedures for repeatable tasks and identify areas in need of improvement, developing solutions that address those needs. This role reports directly to the Manager of Operational Systems, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.
