About the position

The Operational Performance Analyst at Johnson & Johnson MedTech plays a crucial role in supporting the Ethicon Endo Mechanical and Energy Franchises by translating supply chain business needs into actionable data analytics. This position focuses on analyzing operational performance metrics to identify risks and drive strategies for supplier reliability and inventory management, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the Integrated Supplier Management team.

Responsibilities

• Understand business opportunities and translate them into detailed data analysis across supply chain functions.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and trends to identify supply chain risks.
• Analyze project data to highlight areas of risk and link projects to Operational Performance risks.
• Present data findings to supply chain teams, including outcomes and potential actions.
• Assist in developing new metrics and modifying existing ones to reduce risk and drive results.
• Use business software (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) for data analytics and visualization.
• Support the ISM team in providing analytical assessments and improving Performance Dashboards.
• Collaborate with MSM and SCM teams to standardize Supplier Performance Metrics.
• Engage in collaboration with technology tools and business partners to understand data connections to processes.
• Partner with Digital Product Owners to influence technology development aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry or Medical Field.
• Experience in Data Science and Analytics.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data applications such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
