About the position

The Operational Systems Analyst will provide essential data support and troubleshoot operational applications for clients, ensuring optimal system functionality and performance. This role involves maintaining and supporting applications according to defined standards, implementing improvements for local or site-specific applications, and creating and maintaining reports using advanced querying tools. Additionally, the analyst will participate in safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and site goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide data support and troubleshoot operational applications for clients.
• Maintain and support applications in line with defined standards.
• Help implement improvements for local/site-specific applications.
• Create and maintain reports using advanced querying tools, adapting them to system or operational changes.
• Participate in and promote Safety and Environmental programs, ensuring compliance with MIS policies and site goals.
• Monitor and ensure system health of supported applications.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline with 1+ years of experience in systems support or technology-related roles; or a High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in IT support, software troubleshooting, or systems maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills, along with good organizational and communication abilities.
