About the position

The OT Security Operations Analyst at Perrigo is responsible for overseeing the security operations of the company's Operational Technology (OT) environments. This role focuses on implementing and monitoring security controls, responding to cybersecurity incidents, managing vulnerabilities, and ensuring the protection of industrial control systems (ICS) and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The analyst will work closely with various teams to enhance the security maturity of OT systems in alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain OT security controls based on NIST CSF guidelines.
• Monitor OT environments for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Respond to OT cybersecurity incidents and coordinate with incident response teams.
• Conduct regular security assessments and assist in vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure integration of OT systems.
• Assist in improving the OT security maturity level in alignment with the NIST CSF.

Requirements

• Experience in OT/ICS/PLC cybersecurity operations.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and other relevant security frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of OT security technologies and incident response processes.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of Vulnerability Management and Remediation.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills in OT security environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field combined with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
