You will collaborate with peers to propose solutions, prepare presentations for client renewal strategy meetings, and execute group projects. Additionally, you will participate in mentoring sessions, guest speaker series, and training modules that will enhance your professional skills. The internship also emphasizes community involvement, as you will have the chance to design and execute a community service program, fostering a sense of social responsibility. This role is ideal for current juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026, regardless of major. The internship requires at least three days in the office per week in Austin, TX, and applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship. Requirements

  • Current Juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026
  • All majors considered
  • Legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work, and/or community
