About the position

The Operations Account Coordinator Summer Intern position at Marsh offers a unique opportunity for current juniors to gain hands-on experience in consulting, risk management, and insurance broking. Interns will collaborate with both Operations and client teams, engaging in various projects that enhance their understanding of client service, risk management, and business analytics. This internship includes formal training, mentoring, and community service activities, fostering professional development and networking within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Preparing presentations for client renewal strategy meetings
• Collaborating with peers to propose solutions to real business problems
• Executing a group project with fellow interns
• Participating in mentoring sessions, guest speaker series, and training modules
• Designing and executing a community service program
• Building a network of colleagues at all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Current Juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026
• All majors considered
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work, and/or community
