About the position

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This full-time position is designed to provide advanced administrative support to our operations leadership team and assist with various mission-driven projects. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our team by managing a diverse range of administrative tasks and responsibilities. In this role, you will be involved in program-level liaising and corporate-level functions, which include assisting with statewide staffing contracts, HR, and payroll operations. You will be responsible for maintaining electronic records, managing data, and producing professional management reports and presentations. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials, and take meeting minutes. Additionally, you will be tasked with event planning for companywide leadership meetings, which involves booking travel and accommodations for colleagues and program leaders, conducting venue research, facilitating and executing all event logistics, and providing post-event reporting. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with other administrative professionals on both small and large projects. You will also provide backup support for our front desk receptionist when needed. This role requires a strong partnership with Liberty Healthcare's Operations Implementation Manager and company leaders across the United States, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive advanced administrative support to the operations leadership team.

  • Back up the front desk receptionist when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office software skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute beyond job description.
