About the position

The Operations / Administrative Coordinator at Smarter Energy Services plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by addressing operational and technical challenges within the sales and lead nurturing cycle. This position focuses on optimizing workflows, managing CRM systems, and ensuring effective communication between sales personnel and operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the sales team has the necessary support to thrive.
  • Employ workflows and automations to save time and reduce human error.
  • Optimize the CRM to streamline the submission process.
  • Proofread and submit multiple contracts, sometimes on short notice.
  • Set up sales computers with required software and accounts.
  • Perform occasional edits in the Adobe suite.
  • Communicate and track enrollment issues with salespeople.
  • Utilize Excel functions to analyze and organize large datasets.
  • Improve sales and performance reporting in HubSpot.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain budgets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with energy supplier partners.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical tasks.
  • Proficient troubleshooting abilities and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Prior experience in managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and Excel functions.
