Conducting research and compiling statistical reports is another key responsibility, ensuring that the management has access to accurate and timely information. The administrator will handle invoices by coding, copying, filing, and distributing them as required. Furthermore, the role involves making travel arrangements for personnel, which requires attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication is essential in this position, as the administrator must keep lines of communication open between various company personnel. The role also includes completing appropriate documentation and paperwork, reviewing and submitting biweekly timesheets and leave request forms, and performing other duties as assigned by management. Requirements

  • High school degree and two years of office and clerical experience or equivalent combination of both
  • Follows company policies, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Working knowledge and/or skills in word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and other computer applications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group situation to other employees of the company and outside contractors
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out day-to-day duties
