About the position

The Operations Administrator role at Community Bridges, INC is designed for individuals with a strong background in business or healthcare, focusing on leadership and operational management within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage and support staff in their roles, providing guidance and leadership.
  • Coordinate between departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Business or Health Care required.
  • Master's Degree is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience.
  • 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience, particularly in behavioral and medical crisis situations.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare administrative role.
  • Familiarity with crisis management protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
