About the position

The Operations Administrator at Aggreko plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations team by executing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operational processes. This position involves managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and providing essential reporting and analysis to management. Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative tasks such as purchase order (PO) requests and office supplies management.
  • Support the Operations team in core administrative and financial functions, including processing daily purchasing transactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for goods delivery and handle shipment inquiries to ensure operational supplies reach service centers and worksites.
  • Build relationships with preferred vendors to streamline purchasing activities and maintain effective vendor coordination.
  • Provide basic reporting and analysis for management and key stakeholders, and support updates in procurement processes.
  • Organize travel arrangements, control office supplies, handle correspondence, and provide first-class internal and external customer service across departments.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Strong multitasking, adaptability, and communication skills across diverse professional environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and experience with BASEWARE preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, maintaining ambitious standards for work process organization.
  • Strong customer service skills, with quick adaptability to system updates and minimal supervision required.
