About the position

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support operations at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role involves advising on the impact of ISR systems on aerostats, analyzing operational data, and assisting leadership in refining operational procedures to enhance Warfighter support.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the effect of intelligence surveillance reconnaissance (ISR) systems on aerostats.
• Advise on operational procedures and reporting tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify and assist in resolving operations-related and mission-critical issues affecting Warfighter support.
• Assist leadership with refinement of aerostat operational procedures.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in managing a military or civilian operations setting.
• BA/BS or higher degree.
• An additional 8 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
• Master's degree or higher may be substituted for 4 years of experience if in a related field.
• Expertise with flight requirements for aerostats (20M or larger), including knowledge of flight certifications and flight parameters (desired).
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be able to brief/instruct in a large or small group setting.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Must be able to work on many different projects at one time.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
• Operational knowledge of SharePoint is desired.
