The Operations Analyst (AI/Cyber) - Level 3 compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities will include researching and modeling military systems performance and operations; developing analytical methods and tools to facilitate analyses; executing trade studies; performing data analytics & statistical analysis; and developing effective presentations that succinctly communicate results and findings. In this role, you will coordinate AI/cyber products with the Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC), industry, and academia. You will provide advanced analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, or other efforts requiring military operations expertise. Your responsibilities will also include researching, identifying, and making recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion, gathering, processing, and analyzing operational data, and assisting with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs. You will be expected to identify and recommend emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes, maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas, and write and update project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. Additionally, you may provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts, and may serve as team or task lead, although this is not a people management role. The position requires advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations, as well as advanced knowledge of relevant technology and equipment. Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment. You will work independently under limited supervision and are expected to have a BA/BS (or equivalent experience) along with 5+ years of experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Leadership Experience.
  • Special Operations Experience.
  • US Citizenship Required.
