The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to expand its Centralized Operations team with the addition of an Operations Analyst. This position is crucial as it provides both technical and functional support to account users, facilitating interactions with various internal teams such as accounting and operations, as well as external clients and service providers. The role is structured around a second shift schedule, specifically from Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., which allows for a unique work-life balance while contributing to the operational success of the division. In this role, the Operations Analyst will primarily focus on processing corporate actions and portfolio valuations. This includes managing clients' mandatory corporate actions and ensuring that all instructions from custodians, clients, or vendors are executed accurately. The analyst will actively engage with vendors, clients, and custodians to foster strong working relationships and establish effective communication channels. Additionally, the role involves managing the documentation of processes and procedures tailored to meet individual client needs. The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all established processing procedures and controls are completed accurately and in a timely manner on a daily basis, which includes daily pricing procedures. The analyst will also resolve daily exceptions arising from automated trade file processes, perform pricing functions for securities across portfolio positions, assist with security master setups and asset data maintenance, support the implementation of new clients, and research and process corporate actions and dividend income for IMS clients. This multifaceted role requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
