About the position

The Operations Analyst position within the Collective Investment Trust (CIT) team at SEI involves coordinating day-to-day administrative and regulatory functions for collective trusts and funds. The role supports a growing list of collective funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating communication between various internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily activities associated with collective funds, including trade processing and administrative support.
  • Prepare account opening and maintenance documents for foreign market investments.
  • Assist CIT Specialists and Trust Officers with governmental filings and regulatory reporting.
  • Prepare materials for presentation to Trust Company board and committees.
  • Oversee processes related to the maintenance of the CIT website.
  • Collaborate with internal teams regarding the establishment and maintenance of new or changed funds or fund share classes.
  • Organize necessary reporting for sub-advisors and internal teams.
  • Communicate with internal and client teams to resolve open issues and questions.

Requirements

  • BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Collective Trust Funds, Employee Benefits, Investments, trust and/or insurance administration is ideal but not necessary.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivation and ability to supervise multiple client deliverables without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
