About the position

The Operations Analyst at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on critical cost performance and operational efficiency metrics. This role focuses on identifying areas for improvement, recommending initiatives, and tracking their implementation to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation & variance analysis of monthly operations expenses
• Generate weekly and monthly Operations metrics, including data gathering and entry
• Assess future risk, opportunities, and effectiveness; present findings to leadership
• Create, monitor, and maintain metrics and key performance indicators
• Review data capture processes and procedures; recommend modifications
• Audit and confirm the validity and accuracy of all reported data
• Provide cost/benefit analysis for various projects as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
