Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy across various platforms.
  • Eliminate duplication in data and processes, tracking the return on investment of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and track Salesforce cases, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Evaluate existing technology and propose solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Employ data analytics tools and dashboards to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Document systems, processes, and procedures for clarity and consistency.
  • Automate standard operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to address Salesforce and operational concerns.
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to provide training and resources for new systems.
  • Advocate for the benefits of products and services within the organization.
  • Track results and report on operational metrics and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a degree in business administration, operations, IT, cybersecurity, and/or analytics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  • Responsible, personable, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience with Salesforce or ZoomInfo is a plus.
