About the position

The Operations Analyst at Globe Life plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of leads distribution operations. This position involves identifying trends, optimizing processes, and ensuring project goals are met within established timelines. The analyst will prepare reports, resolve issues during the project lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and solving issues related to leads distribution operations.
  • Identify trends in reporting and optimize processes.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Prepare reports and help resolve issues during the Enterprise Leads project lifecycle.
  • Support the creation of lead campaigns and maintain accurate records of lead generation activities.
  • Aggregate data to identify business opportunities and inefficiencies.
  • Respond to planned and ad hoc requests in a timely manner.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor and maintain lead data integrity, ensuring proper qualification and segmentation of leads.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years related work experience with a focus on demand generation preferred.
  • Experience using Tableau is a plus.
  • Intermediate experience with data visualization tools.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries and understand database management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in lead generation or demand generation roles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
