Analysts in this position will undertake basic analysis to help develop detailed requirements that satisfy business needs. This role is pivotal in refining solution designs, methods, and outcomes by working closely with engineers, architects, and the applications development team. Analysts will assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet the necessary requirements. They will also analyze data to identify solutions, weighing the pros and cons concerning their impact on the business. Moreover, the Operations Analyst II will analyze complex business problems that can be solved with automated systems, identifying gaps and providing technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications. The position also involves configuring system settings, planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements, and managing system migrations that specifically impact international access to Lumen systems. Troubleshooting complex system access issues with Virtual desktop support is also a key responsibility of this role.
