The Operations Analyst II position at Lumen is designed for individuals who are eager to engage in basic to intermediate analysis while collaborating closely with business clients to identify core business issues. Analysts in this position will undertake basic analysis to help develop detailed requirements that satisfy business needs. This role requires working closely with engineers, architects, and other members of the applications development team to refine solution designs, methods, and outcomes. Analysts will assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet the necessary requirements. They will also analyze data to identify solutions, weighing the pros and cons concerning their impact on the business. The position involves analyzing complex business problems that can be solved with automated systems, identifying gaps, and providing technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications. Analysts will also be responsible for configuring system settings and options, planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Additionally, they will project manage system migrations specific to international access to Lumen systems impacting Enterprise Repair teams and troubleshoot complex system access issues with Virtual desktop support.
