About the position

The Operations Analyst position in Cleveland, OH, is a contract role focused on providing technical support within a warehouse/configuration center environment. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing various computer hardware to extend their life cycle, requiring a blend of technical skills and the ability to work under supervision until proficiency is achieved.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing PCs, laptops, printers, and computer peripherals.
• Acquiring job skills and learning department procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Receiving detailed instructions and working under direct supervision until routine tasks are mastered.

Requirements

• High School diploma or Associates Degree with at least two years of PC technician experience.
• At least two years' experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to operate a PC and its associated software, with a working knowledge of computer hardware.
• Strong computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience with asset management systems using barcode technology preferred.
• Knowledge of PC hardware installation preferred.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and effectively under pressure.
