About the position

The Operations Analyst, Lead position at Patricio Enterprises involves supporting the Army Aerostats program by advising on intelligence surveillance reconnaissance (ISR) systems, operational procedures, and analyzing operational data to enhance mission-critical support for Warfighters. This role requires extensive experience in military operations and aerostat systems, with a focus on data analysis and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the effect of intelligence surveillance reconnaissance (ISR) systems on aerostats.
• Advise on operational procedures and reporting tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify and assist in resolving operations related and mission-critical issues affecting Warfighter support.
• Assist leadership with refinement of aerostat operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (desired).
• 5 years of experience supporting military operations (required).
• 3 years of operations experience with any aerostat larger than 20 meters in length (required).
• Expertise with flight requirements for aerostats, including knowledge of flight certifications and flight parameters.
• Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
• Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• 10 years of experience supporting military operations (desired).
• 5 years of operations experience with any aerostat larger than 20 meters in length (desired).
