About the position

As an Operations Analyst Level-1 at General Dynamics, you will play a crucial role in supporting military operations by providing analytical support and conducting research to enhance mission effectiveness. This position requires a strong background in data analysis, communication, and teamwork, as you will be responsible for generating due diligence packets, performing profile maintenance, and conducting information monitoring and analysis. You will collaborate with various disciplines and partner organizations to produce reliable products that support force protection and identity data management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support necessary to generate due diligence packets.
• Perform profile maintenance and conduct information monitoring and analysis of consumer data portfolios.
• Conduct industry analysis using various data sources, including social media and open-source databases.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate data pertaining to operations and organizations.
• Recommend mitigation efforts to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
• Identify communication links and associated networks, conducting development and providing recommendations.
• Perform link analysis on new and existing networks to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable products.
• Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services, including emerging tools and procedures.
• Assist in preparing assessments of current threats and trends based on research and analysis of intelligence data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience in military or civilian roles.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Associate's degree required.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in research.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
