About the position

As an Operations Analyst - Level 2 at ARMA Global, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Department of Defense's mission by providing analytical support and subject matter expertise. Your responsibilities will include conducting industry analysis, evaluating data related to operations, and recommending strategies to mitigate risks. This position requires a proactive approach to data management and collaboration with various stakeholders to produce reliable analytical products.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support necessary to generate due diligence packets.
• Perform profile maintenance and conduct information monitoring and analysis of consumer data portfolios.
• Conduct industry analysis using various data sources including social media and open-source databases.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate data pertaining to operations and organizations in support of force protection and identity data management efforts.
• Recommend mitigation efforts to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
• Identify communication links and associated networks, and provide recommendations for future technical collection and targeting efforts.
• Perform link analysis on networks to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable products.
• Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services, including emerging tools and procedures.
• Support additional duties beyond prescribed functions to complement operational execution.
• Assist in preparing assessments of current threats and trends based on intelligence data analysis.
• Consult with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects and recommend functional changes.
• Coach and review the work of less experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with data providers, data flow, data analytics, and operational risk assessments.
• Experience conducting online research and analysis for discovery, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Ability to brief and directly support General and Flag level Officers and Senior Executives.
