As an Operations Analyst, you will help to continue to support the mission. You will utilize your 6+ years of experience to provide a wide range of subject matter support to the customer mission: analytical support necessary to generate due diligence packets, perform profile maintenance, conduct information monitoring and analysis of consumer data portfolios, and public record/business/credit and Internet research. Conduct industry analysis using a variety of data sources to include social media, Internet, Commercial and Open-Source Databases to create products. Gather, analyze, and evaluate data pertaining to operations and organizations in support of force protection and identity data management efforts. Recommend mitigation efforts to identify vulnerabilities and risks. Identify communication links and associated networks, conduct development and provide recommendations in support of future technical collection and targeting efforts. Perform link analysis on new and existing networks in order to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities. Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable products. Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services while being prepared to include emerging tools and procedures as necessary. The analyst will have an opportunity to support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions becoming integrated and trained to support and complement operational execution. May assist in preparing assessments of current threats and trends based on the research and analysis of intelligence data. Experience at a command or DoD agency is preferred. Ability to work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinate participation and input in the development of global plans. Consult with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects. Serve as an advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommend functional changes, and identify areas for further investigation. Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in special projects as required. May coach and review the work of less experienced professionals. May develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements. The analyst will have an opportunity to support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions becoming integrated and trained to support and complement operational execution. Excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with data providers, data flow, data analytics and assessments, operational risk assessments, threats and threat mitigation strategies is required. Familiarity with commercial ID applications and solutions is also beneficial. Experience conducting online research and analysis for discovering vulnerabilities and threats is necessary. Knowledge of legal implications of identity data and US policy in conducting offensive and defensive cyber operations is important. Familiarity with and ability to leverage existing and emerging freeware monitoring options for alerts and management of online identity information content and articulating to customers the process for opting out and managing online identity information through marketing services is a plus. Experience in drafting comprehensive documentation, memorandums, research papers, briefs, etc. is also required. Experience with performance work statements is beneficial.
