In this role, you will work closely with business partners, vendors, and management to identify, translate, and define business opportunities. You will apply established methodologies for gathering and analyzing data, conducting business improvement analysis, and developing design solutions. Your work will involve collaborating with enterprise-wide customers to provide data and analysis. You may also provide work direction to Associate Analysts and assist more senior analysts with complex projects. Reporting to the Operations Business Consultant, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and conducting data collection, analysis, problem resolution, and reporting for Operations across multiple partners within Allianz. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining a defined set of activities and projects to support Operations' priorities, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met. Additionally, you will design and conduct results validation to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity. You will also develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance and participate in important programs and special projects as assigned.
