About the position

The Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and processing data related to customer delivery projects at Rocket Software. This role involves maintaining operational data integrity, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting the onboarding of new entities. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to meet operational timelines and contribute to cross-functional efforts, making it a vital position within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CSE Operations processes are followed correctly to maintain operational data integrity.
• Establish credibility as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Rocket CSE Operations processes, data, and systems.
• Assist with onboarding of new entities and acquired companies related to CSE Operations.
• Liaise with Finance, Sales Operations, all CSE functions, IT, and others throughout Rocket to contribute to cross-functional efforts.
• Meet operational timelines and deadlines, alerting management of concerns, risks, and possible solutions.
• Work as an effective team member in daily, monthly, and exception operations, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a related business operations position.
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with revenue-based business data, transactions, and concepts.
• Experience with prioritizing continual requests from multiple streams and keeping to established schedules.
• Experience with Salesforce and Kantata SX is helpful.
