About the position

The Warehouse Operations Analyst serves as a crucial link between company operations and clients, ensuring optimal storeroom operations and client satisfaction. This role involves overseeing various operational tasks, including production planning, inventory management, and vendor relations, while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of parts to client sites.
• Perform production planning for customer areas and manage reports to track work status.
• Run match exception reports and analyze root causes of errors.
• Create action plans to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct inventory analysis and reconciliation of cycle counting events.
• Communicate delivery expectations to clients.
• Manage corrective action plans for Best In Class (BIC) operations.
• Oversee Return To Vendor (RIV) processes including repair tracking.
• Provide backup support to the Site Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience.
• Project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Familiarity with warehouse ERP software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided, higher weights with equipment.

• Experience in a maintenance or repair environment.
