About the position

The Warehouse Operations Analyst serves as a crucial link between company operations and clients, ensuring optimal storeroom operations and client satisfaction. This role involves overseeing various operational tasks, including production planning, inventory management, and vendor relations, to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the purchasing department to ensure timely dispatch of parts to client sites.
  • Ensure the Accounts Payable (A/P) team has necessary documentation.
  • Perform production planning and manage reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and outage work.
  • Run match exception reports and analyze root causes of errors.
  • Create action plans to resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct inventory analysis and reconciliation of cycle counting events.
  • Communicate delivery expectations to clients.
  • Manage Best In Class (BIC) corrective action plans.
  • Oversee Return To Vendor (RIV) processes and repair tracking.
  • Manage the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program.
  • Provide backup support to the Site Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Leadership experience is a must.
  • Supervisory and project management experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided; higher weights with equipment like pallet jacks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Familiarity with warehouse ERP software.
  • Experience in a maintenance or repair environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and dirt.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
