About the position

As a Senior Operations Analyst within PNC's Retail Bank Operations, you will play a critical role in managing essential functions that support various lines of business. This position involves executing complex transactions, managing cash needs, protecting the bank from fraud, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while also contributing to a culture of inclusivity and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex transactions and processes utilizing standard procedures.
• Process and reconcile complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address exceptions, serving as a point of escalation for complex transactions.
• Partner with internal service partners to route calls and documents to complete transactions.
• Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
• Review existing processes, recommend improvements, and assist with implementation.
• Participate in process improvement projects and assist in training new hires.
• Review transactions and related documents to ensure completeness and compliance with service levels.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
