As an Operations Analyst Sr. within PNC Investments, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. The position will primarily sit at our 1900 E. 9th Street location. In this role, you will execute complex transactions and processes utilizing standard procedures. You may have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. Your responsibilities will include processing and reconciling complex transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Additionally, you will partner internally with service partners to route calls, documents, or other action items to complete transactions, and may interact with external customers to finalize these transactions. You will ensure that the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions, confirming that equipment is operational when applicable. Providing consultation and advice to both internal and external customers will be a key part of your role. You will also review existing processes, recommend improvements, and may assist with implementation. Participation in process improvement projects is expected, and you may assist in training and onboarding new hires. Furthermore, you will review transactions and related documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. Monitoring quality and compliance through report reviews and participating in risk mitigation activities will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Typically requires 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate accountability.
