About the position

As an Operations Analyst Senior at PNC Investments, you will be responsible for executing complex transactions and processes while ensuring compliance with established policies. This role involves processing and reconciling transactions, providing consultation to customers, and participating in process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal service partners and may interact with external customers to facilitate transactions, ensuring that all necessary materials and documentation are in place.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex transactions and processes utilizing standard procedures.
• Process and reconcile complex transactions of varying risk and financial value.
• Identify and address exceptions, serving as a point of escalation for complex transactions.
• Partner with internal service partners to route calls and documents to complete transactions.
• Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
• Review existing processes and recommend improvements, assisting with implementation.
• Participate in process improvement projects and assist in training new hires.
• Review transactions and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with established service levels.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and risk management practices.
