As an Operations Analyst Sr within Corporate Actions organization, you will be remotely. This is a remote position that can sit within the PNC footprint, although it may not be available in all jurisdictions. Certain job responsibilities may require, in-person, in office activities on a regular basis. As an Operations Analyst Sr, you will process voluntary mergers and acquisitions by reviewing offer announcements, notifying clients that hold AMG Stocks or Bonds through an understandable format and allocate payments. You will be responsible for leveraging our technology to oversee, organize, and mitigate the risks with our event processing. You will execute complex transactions and processes utilizing standard procedures, with specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. This includes processing and reconciling complex transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions, partnering internally with service partners to route calls, documents, or other action items to complete transactions. Your role will also involve ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions, confirming equipment is operational, if applicable. You will provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers, review existing processes, recommend improvements, and may assist with implementation. Participation in process improvement projects and assisting in training and onboarding of new hires will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will review transactions and related documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. You may review reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance, participating in risk mitigation activities as necessary.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations or financial services.
  • Knowledge of complex transactions and financial products.
