About the position

As an Operations Analyst SRT at Parallon, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining reporting tools that support the operations of the organization. This position involves creating effective reporting mechanisms to track Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) impacts, inventory summaries, automation success and failure rates, and department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through comprehensive dashboards. You will collaborate closely with Executive Management, the Strategic Resource Director, Department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and IT&S to draft effective responses to automation and global trends, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to changes in the operational landscape. In this role, you will work directly with department operational leaders to assess and report on performance metrics. You will coordinate both scheduled and ad hoc data and analysis requests, developing, testing, and delivering reports that meet the needs of various stakeholders. Your proactive approach to data analysis will be essential in translating business reporting requirements into actionable insights for the development team. Additionally, you will assist the Manager and Director in managing information effectively to enhance departmental efficiency and performance. A strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and the technologies currently in use is vital for success in this position. You will contribute to the data standardization process and help develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems that support departmental monitoring. Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for automation and global inventory will also be part of your responsibilities. Attention to detail is critical, as you will ensure the accuracy of the data being reported, working efficiently to meet customer needs, especially under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with department operational leader(s) to assess and report performances.
  • Coordinate scheduled and ad hoc data and analysis requests.
  • Develop, test, and deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Proactively review and provide data analysis.
  • Assist in translating business reporting requirements to development staff.
  • Assist Manager and Director in managing information effectively to improve department efficiency and performance.
  • Understand revenue cycle operations and technologies currently in place.
  • Play a role in the data standardization process and help develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems to support department monitoring.
  • Assist with monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Automation and Global inventory.
  • Build a strong understanding of SSC and Revenue Cycle operations and technologies as well as HCA enterprise technologies.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the data being reported with strong attention to detail.
  • Work quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of the customer, particularly when faced with tight turnaround times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related field required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Revenue Cycle/SSC experience preferred.
  • HCA based system experience preferred.
  • Basic SQL and/or Business Objects query writing experience preferred.
