About the position

As an Operations Analyst Team Lead at Uline, you will play a crucial role in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business growth. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data trends effectively. You will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing operational data, providing recommendations to management based on your findings. Your expertise will guide a team of analysts, where you will manage projects, provide updates, and ensure that your team is aligned with the company's goals. In this role, you will also be tasked with reading daily customer feedback to identify areas for efficiency improvements and process enhancements. Collaboration with various departments will be essential as you work to resolve operational issues and recommend effective solutions. Additionally, you will build comprehensive reports and data visualizations focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform critical business decisions. This position is on-site, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and shared passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Review and summarize operational data to provide recommendations to management.
  • Guide and develop a team of analysts, managing projects and providing updates.
  • Read daily customer feedback to identify efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Work with departments on operational issues and recommend solutions.
  • Build reports and data visualizations on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience leading a team of analysts.
  • Strong Excel, SQL and Power BI skills.
