About the position

The Operations Analyst at Anduril Industries plays a crucial role in building and managing the staffing capabilities for one of the company's divisions. This position focuses on enabling efficient recruiting and resource allocation to support the organization's growth. The analyst will collaborate with leadership to monitor performance against goals and financial plans, ensuring the division can recruit effectively and staff projects appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Division and Anduril leadership to build out and run the staffing machine for the organization.
• Support the corporate planning cycle by building out and monitoring performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans.
• Collaborate closely with Anduril's Recruiting team to ensure the correct types and quantities of new employees are recruited.
• Work with Functional leadership to understand employee performance and career development plans for optimal staffing.
• Regularly monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans and provide recommendations for resource reallocation.
• Collaborate with Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams to build infrastructure for monitoring and optimizing employee demand vs supply.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, or general business analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex and ambiguous situations.
• High ownership and low ego, with a strong outcome orientation and humility.
• Ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute solutions.
• Fast learner with discernment and tactical thinking.

• Ability to obtain and hold a US Top Secret clearance.
