The Operations Analyst will be responsible for delivering analysis that supports developmental efforts and will interact with technical team members from multiple organizations in a collaborative team environment. This position requires providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) level support to developers and managing requirements across the unit, ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in military planning and intelligence activities, particularly in the context of space operations. This includes tactical and operational experience in military intelligence, with a focus on electronic warfare principles and operations. The Operations Analyst will need to communicate technical approaches clearly within small project teams, facilitating team interaction and presentations. The role also demands the ability to read, write, and interpret complex documents, ensuring that all communications are precise and informative. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, particularly in SIGINT analysis, the Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in unit-level intelligence support. A BA or BS degree and an active DoD security clearance are required for this position. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering leading-edge solutions for aerospace communication and mission success, contributing to the overall effectiveness of national security operations.
