About the position

The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency by collaborating with the internal Operations Support team and Operations Managers in Latin America, as well as external Trade, Warehouse, and Transportation vendors. The position focuses on process mapping, KPI analysis, and the implementation of action plans to improve overall operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Document current state processes including KPIs, RACI, systems, & data using BPMN standards.
• Identify and track problems & potential future state solutions.
• Work with SMEs & business stakeholders to create global alignment on standardized processes.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in operational processes.
• Streamline procedures, generate efficiencies, reduce waste, and propose cost savings opportunities.
• Analyze options, including impact and feasibility, and specify ways to overcome obstacles through continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly decks for every market providing operational performance and productivity results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years proven experience around business process design
• Experienced with CRM Tools, particularly Monday.com
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational, time management, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Proven track record of creating process maps and effectively communicating BPMN standards
• Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus
